A Client side Corporate Real Estate Consultant with over 35 years experience in the European markets, specialising in retail and leisure property.
Extensive experience has been gained across a broad spectrum of dynamic and rapidly expanding retail and leisure businesses, with an unrivalled track record of building, leading, and developing in-house Property Teams, whilst also driving substantial change and expansion.
This expertise and knowledge, together with a
strong and well rounded set of business competencies, will help provide Companies activate a more creative and imaginative approach to Corporate Real Estate.
Recent and current roles have included the Property Director for Five Guys (Burgers & Fries), AllSaints Spitalfields, and La Senza.
Prior to this, Richard was the Group Property Director of Carphone Warehouse Plc and led the expansion from 350 stores, to an international portfolio of more than 2,400 stores in Europe and the US.
Other experience has been gained as the Property Service Director for 12 years at Sears Plc as well as time spent at DSG International and Land Securities.
These roles have provided a vast experience in managing complex multi-site portfolios, designing bespoke initiatives to drive down property operational costs, or developing and then implementing Property Strategies. As well as a proven track record in delivering a number of major capital building projects, Richard has a reputation for having an energetic and results orientated approach.
