Freehold acquisition of a former cotton mill in the west side of Preston, which was formerly used as a call centre for Littlewoods.

Planning consent was obtained to refurbish the listed building.

Part of the ground floor, 1^st and second floors were fully refurbished, to provide c110,000 sq ft of office space, which is now used by TalkTalk, CPW and Best Buy as a contact centre.

The Project opened in December 2006 and has a capacity of 1,200 Contact Centre seats.
